TRANSPARENT, SMART GOVERNMENT

Government that’s visible, accountable, and works for residents.

New Orleans doesn’t need more bureaucracy—we need tools that help people and a government that keeps its promises.

Transparency isn’t just about open data—it’s about accountability. When residents can see what's being done, city workers step up. I believe in setting employees up for success: that means working smarter, not harder.

We must give our workforce the training, tools, and leadership they need to deliver results.

Priorities:

  • Expand public-facing dashboards for street repairs, permits, and capital projects
  • Use open data to monitor department performance and hold leadership accountable
  • Streamline permitting and bring services online for ease and access
  • Build a culture of smart work: fewer silos, better technology, and clearer expectations
  • Invest in staff training and internal reform to improve service delivery and morale

Public Safety with Real Solutions

A safer New Orleans starts with smarter coordination.

I’ve worked at the District Attorney’s Office, leading an open-source intelligence (OSINT) project that tracks repeat violent offenders. I also helped shut down the London Lodge, a long-time crime hotspot, by coordinating between agencies and the community.

Priorities:

  • Target nuisance properties through coordinated enforcement
  • Support tech-driven tools like OSINT to track crime trends
  • Create real-time accountability between police, prosecutors, and city departments

Economic Development That Works

Growth begins with safer streets and simpler permits.

I hear it from residents and small business owners alike—New Orleans makes it too hard to work and live here. As Councilmember, I’ll focus on the basics.

Priorities:

  • Simplify and digitize the permitting process
  • Improve safety and cleanliness in key commercial corridors
  • Create the conditions for businesses to stay, grow, and hire locally
