MEET HOLLY
Holly Friedman is a committed civic leader and longtime public servant who has been an active member of the New Orleans community for decades.


As former Constituent Services Director and Campaign Manager for New Orleans City Council District A member Joseph I. Giarrusso III, Holly learned firsthand the issues unique to living in District A. Presently, Holly serves as the Director of OSINT, (Open Source Intelligence and Forensic Team). In her current professional role, Holly works with Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams and the NOPD to efficiently deliver justice for the people of New Orleans. Holly is currently also enrolled in Tulane University's MPA program, with a concentration in economic development.
Holly and her husband, Jonathan, have been married for 22 years and have two college-aged daughters. Holly is a past President of the Isidore Newman School Parents Association Club, graduated from the Katz-Phillips Leadership Development class in 2017, and is a past board member for Temple Sinai. Additionally, Holly is a member of the Anti-Defamation League South Central Region’s Education and Civil Rights Committees, is a member of the New Orleans Jewish Community Center, and a past manager of soccer teams for both the Carrollton Boosters and Louisiana Fire soccer teams.
